(1) Dismantling
1) Use power tools to remove the tire from the car.
2) Remove the sliding pin below.
3) Lift the caliper body with a rope, then remove the brake shoes, brake pad holders, gaskets, and gasket covers on the torsion arm. For types that do not require disassembly of disc brake calipers, simply remove the mounting bolts at the bottom of the disc brake calipers, rotate the disc brake calipers upwards, and use a soft wire to hold the disc brake calipers in a vertical position to remove the brake shoes.
(2) Install
1) Install the inner gasket and inner gasket cover onto the inner brake shoe, and install the outer gasket onto the outer brake shoe.
2) Install the brake shoe holder and brake shoe onto the torsion arm.
3) When installing the brake shoes, hold down the piston and then install the cylinder block onto the torsion arm.
4) Install the sliding pin below and tighten it.
5) Secure the brake disc with wheel nuts and press the brake pedal a few times until there is a response.
6) Check the rotational resistance of the front disc brake.
7) Install the wheels.
